Competitive Foundations
What You'll Actually Learn
This isn't about watching pro streams and copying builds. You'll understand why certain decisions work in competitive play, how to read opponent patterns, and when to adjust your approach mid-game. Most importantly, you'll practice consistently under actual pressure situations.
Time Commitment
Three sessions per week, about two hours each. One focuses on mechanical skill development, another on game knowledge, and the third on applying everything in scrimmages. Between sessions, you'll have specific practice assignments that take roughly an hour daily.
What Makes This Different
- Small groups of 6-8 players at similar skill levels
- Video review sessions where we break down your actual gameplay
- Direct access to coaches who've competed in Egyptian tournaments
- Practice partners matched to your schedule and goals
Starting September 2025
Registration opens in July. We cap enrollment at 24 students per cycle because the coaching model doesn't work with larger groups. If you're interested, reaching out early makes sense.
Strategy & Analysis
The Mental Game
Mechanical skill only gets you so far. This pathway focuses on reading the game state, anticipating opponent moves, and making strategic calls under time pressure. Think of it as learning chess while someone's rushing you.
Practical Structure
Two intensive sessions weekly, plus one self-paced analysis assignment. You'll record your matches, identify decision points, and present your thought process to the group. Gets uncomfortable sometimes, but that's where the learning happens.
Real Applications
- Draft phase preparation and adaptation
- Economic management across different game states
- Information gathering and map control concepts
- Shot calling and in-game leadership basics
October 2025 Cohort
Four-month program designed for players who already understand their game's basics but struggle with decision-making. Works well if you've been playing casually for a year or more.
Team Coordination
Playing With Others
Solo queue teaches bad habits. This program exists because coordinated team play requires completely different skills than individual performance. Communication patterns, role understanding, and trust-building take deliberate practice.
How It Works
You'll join a stable five-person roster that practices together twice weekly. Same teammates throughout the program. We also run weekly theory sessions covering team concepts, plus monthly scrimmages against other program teams.
Core Focus Areas
- Communication protocols during high-pressure moments
- Role specialization and synergy development
- Conflict resolution and constructive feedback
- Strategic preparation and opponent research
November 2025 Launch
Five months with your team. Some groups stick together after the program ends, others don't. Both outcomes are fine. The skills transfer regardless of whether you continue with these specific teammates.
Who You'll Work With
Our coaching team has been involved in Egypt's esports scene since it started taking shape. They've made the mistakes so you don't have to.
Hosaam Gerges
Competed in regional MOBA tournaments from 2019-2023. Now focuses on teaching game sense and strategic thinking. Has a background in teaching, which shows in how he breaks down complex concepts.
Rami Naguib
Specializes in mechanical skill development for shooter games. He's blunt about what needs work, which some students appreciate more than others. Former semi-pro player who transitioned to coaching in 2022.
Layla Tawfik
Handles team coordination programs and manages group dynamics. Psychology background helps when personality conflicts emerge. She's been working with gaming communities in Cairo since 2020.
What Happens After You Apply
We keep the process straightforward. No entrance fees, no pressure tactics. Just an honest conversation about whether the program matches what you're looking for.
Initial Conversation
Quick 20-minute call or meeting to discuss your gaming background, goals, and available time. We'll explain program options and answer questions about structure, cost, and expectations. No commitment required.
Skill Assessment
You'll play a few matches while we observe. Not testing if you're "good enough" – we're figuring out which group and pathway suits your current level. Takes about two hours, usually done remotely.
Program Placement
Based on the assessment, we'll recommend specific pathways and session times. You'll meet potential teammates or practice partners if relevant. This is when we discuss scheduling logistics and payment structure.
Onboarding Week
First week is lighter on intensity. You'll get familiar with our practice facility, meet all the coaches, and understand how feedback sessions work. We cover technical setup, communication tools, and basic expectations during this period.
