At Elphx Trisk, we're committed to delivering high-quality esports training that genuinely helps beginners build their skills. Sometimes things don't work out as planned though. Maybe the course wasn't what you expected, or circumstances changed.
This policy outlines when refunds are available, how the process works, and what timelines you can expect. We've tried to make everything straightforward because dealing with refund requests shouldn't feel like navigating a maze.

Eligibility Criteria
Not every situation qualifies for a refund, and that's pretty standard across educational platforms. Here's what makes you eligible:
Important: The 14-day window starts from your payment date, not when you first access the course. If you purchase a program but don't log in for a week, you'll have 7 days remaining to evaluate the content.

Submit Your Request
Email us at info@elphxtrisk.life with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your order number, the course name, and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund. We're not looking for an essay here—just enough context to understand your situation.
Initial Review
Our team reviews your request within 2 business days. We'll check your account activity, verify the eligibility criteria, and might reach out if we need additional information. Sometimes we can resolve issues without processing a refund—maybe there's a technical problem we can fix.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision within 3 business days of the initial review. If approved, we'll outline the next steps and expected timeline. If denied, we'll explain why and suggest alternatives if applicable.
Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The funds return to your original payment method. Your course access will be removed once the refund is initiated.
Bank Processing Time
After we process the refund, your bank or payment provider needs time to credit your account. This typically takes 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution. International transactions might take slightly longer.

Life happens. We understand that sometimes situations fall outside standard policy guidelines. Here's how we handle unique cases:
Medical or Personal Emergencies
If you're dealing with a medical emergency or significant personal crisis that prevents you from completing the course, we may extend the refund window. You'll need to provide documentation and contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.
Technical Issues
Platform problems that prevent you from accessing content fall into a different category. Before considering a refund, our support team will work with you to resolve technical difficulties. If we can't fix the issue within 72 hours, you become eligible for a refund regardless of the standard 14-day window.
Course Changes or Cancellations
If we significantly change course content or cancel a program you've enrolled in, you're automatically eligible for a full refund. This applies even if you've accessed more than 25% of the material. We'll notify you of major changes and your refund options.
Partial Refunds
We don't typically offer partial refunds, but exceptions exist. If you purchased a multi-course bundle and only one course has issues, we might consider a pro-rated refund. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Course Transfers
Instead of a refund, you can sometimes transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value. This option is available once per account and must be requested within the standard 14-day window.
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed, several things happen automatically:
Re-enrolling after a refund is allowed, but you'll pay the current price (which might be different from what you originally paid). Also, getting a refund and then immediately re-purchasing the same course raises red flags in our system. Don't do that.
Important Legal Considerations
This refund policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under Egyptian consumer protection law. In some cases, local regulations may provide additional protections beyond what's outlined here. If there's a conflict between this policy and applicable law, the law takes precedence. For questions about your legal rights, consider consulting with a consumer protection organization or legal advisor.
Questions and Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you can request a review. Send an email to info@elphxtrisk.life with "Refund Appeal" in the subject line. Include any additional information that might support your case. A different team member will review the appeal within 5 business days.
We're generally reasonable people. If you have a legitimate concern and communicate clearly, we'll do what we can to find a fair solution. The goal isn't to trap anyone in a course they don't want—it's to maintain a sustainable business while treating customers fairly.
